Alehouse Rentals:

Brick Floor in the Brewery -

Housing an old copper German Beer system from Ulm Germany, the Brick Floor is the perfect venue for small parties, reunions or meetings of up to 85 people. We can provide your party with table and chair set up. However, we recommend that an offsite caterer provide the food, as we cannot accommodate use of our kitchen facilities at this time.

Upstairs at the Brewery –

An eclectic collection of vintage games, paintings and a piano from Austria, the “Upstairs at the Brewery” provides a unique setting for up to 100 people. The hardwood floor in the center of the room is the perfect setting for a dance floor or additional seating and is surrounded by several booths for dining. There is a wrap around deck with outside seating, plants and a beautiful view of Mt. Shasta. This room is also equipped with a Kegerator to serve beer. The upstairs is only available for private parties due to it not being handicap accessible, at this time.

Weed Alehouse & Bistro –

Nestled in the Brewery is our unique and interesting Bistro. Stop by to try our great brews, relax in the Bistro or sit outside, purchase Brewery merchandise and beer, enjoy a meal, absorb the culture and hang out with the local clientele. We are just off I-5, exit 747. And have a large parking lot to accommodate RV’s, trailers & small trucks that allow you to drive around the building. Just look for the dark blue Weed Bistro sign and pull right in!

Open 7 days a week at noon and close at different times depending upon the season, amount of snow and/or customers we receive. During the summer we remain open until 9:00 pm with the kitchen closing at 8:00 pm. On Thursdays we host Brew grass and Fridays host Blues night. As well, we frequently host a variety of traveling musicians at the Bistro. Thus, on these special days our doors will remain open until 11:00 pm. Please check out our Event’s section of our website for further information. The Alehouse & Bistro has seating to accommodate 50 - 60 people. Families are welcome. There is a great park next door for children to play and run off energy.
